What exactly is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was created by Marisa Peer, drawing from her 30+ years of experience as a therapist. RTT is based on neuroscience and draws from different modalities including hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP and CBT. It is a unique and powerful process that is personalised for each client.

RTT uses the power of the subconscious mind and is solutions focused. Right from the start, we get clear on what it is that you want and this is what we focus on, to get you the outcome you desire. 

Can it help me?

RTT successfully treats a wide range of issues. I work with people from many different backgrounds and with different beliefs, who all experience powerful healing and transformations. Some clients have had years of counselling or therapy and are very familiar with personal development; other clients have never experienced anything therapeutic. Your previous experience doesn't make a difference to the results you can achieve through RTT.

RTT is not suitable for anyone with epilepsy or psychosis / a psychotic disorder.

How long is the process?

Each session lasts up to 2 hours. Following the session, you will receive a bespoke recording to listen to for 21 days. This helps you create new thoughts, habits and behaviours for fast, effective, long term change. Three weeks after your session, we'll have a 30 minute follow up appointment.

How many sessions will I need?

You will need 1 - 3 sessions, depending on the issue you are experiencing. Some people get fantastic results from a single session and others need two or three in total, to fully move forward. Some people also decide to have further sessions to work on other issues. The best way to find out how many sessions you are likely to need is to book a consultation

When will I start to see changes?

You will experience change in one of three ways:

1) immediately - you will experience a massive shift immediately

2) cumulatively - you will see consistent shifts over a period of time, that build up and become significant

3) retroactively - you can't see the shifts right away but one day look back and realise how much your life has changed

What if I've tried everything to get past my issue and nothing has worked?

The fact that you're reading this means you still have hope. I don't make promises because everyone is different. What I will say is that I believe healing is available to everyone and that there is always hope and a way forward. How does RTT work with coaching?

RTT gets to the root cause of your issue, reframes it, gives you powerful healing and allows you to move forward feeling free and empowered. Coaching gives you accountability, support, motivation and a non-judgemental space to dig deep and connect with what's important to you. RTT and coaching can be combined or experienced separately.
